As a special education teacher I have experience in teaching without a curriculum. That means that I am always researching different ways in which I can reach my students. All students have different ways of learning and it just takes the way in which it works best for the students for that light bulb to go off and say "Ah ha I understand now". While in college, it was a requirement that we tutor students in the education lab for an entire semester.
